What ages do you coach?

DFX CrossFit classes are for adults. Youth athletes train with our sister program, DiamondFit Performance, in the same building.

Do you offer pitching instruction?

DFX is an adult CrossFit gym and does not offer pitching instruction. Pitching and baseball training are available through our sister programs, DiamondFit Performance and PRO5 Baseball Academy.

How do I get started?

If you live in the Raleigh area, your first class is free. If you are new to CrossFit, start with Foundations, a $50 one-on-one session credited toward your first month when you sign up for a three-month membership. Visitors from out of town use a paid drop-in.

What is Foundations?

Foundations is a $50 one-on-one session of about an hour with a coach, for people new to CrossFit. You learn the core movements and how to scale a workout. The $50 is credited toward your first month when you sign up for a three-month membership.

How much does Unlimited CrossFit cost?

Unlimited CrossFit is $155 per month on a 12-month plan, $175 per month on a 6-month plan, or $195 per month on a 3-month plan.

What is a drop-in?

A drop-in is the paid per-visit option for visitors. Daily drop-in is $25. A week drop-in is $80. Locals and prospects book a free class instead.
